Eragon
Eragon (2006) is a fantasy adventure film directed by Stefen Fangmeier, based on the first book of Christopher Paolini’s popular Inheritance Cycle series. The story follows a young farm boy named Eragon (Edward Speleers), who discovers a mysterious dragon egg. When the dragon, Saphira, hatches, Eragon finds himself thrust into a world of magic, danger, and adventure. Guided by Brom (Jeremy Irons), a former Dragon Rider, Eragon must learn to harness his newfound powers to defeat the tyrannical King Galbatorix (John Malkovich) and the dark forces threatening the kingdom.
